I did it! It took one more week than I originally planned, but in 3 months I have gotten into better shape than I have been in ever. Even some old High School clothes that I have won’t fit me right.
I am going to keep working out and try to add some muscle mass now (I desperately want to get some sexy abs), but I wont be going at it hard core like I have been for the past 12 weeks. Instead I will be taking my time, eating sensibly, and soon enough I should have the rocking body I want.
I’m not sure if I will be updating this page any more, but if I do, it will be a pretty sporadic schedule. I’m leaving it up for all to learn from and wish you luck.
Thanks to everybody who wrote in and all of the nice comments. It was inspirational on my journey.
As my final post for some time, I leave you with a final picture i took last week. You can see my stomach pooch is all but gone.
